ETF-BAFA will be celebrating its 15th Anniversary on Saturday, November 5, from 6 to 10 pm
in downtown San Francisco. In addition, we will be celebrating the
160th Anniversary of Tesla’s birth with a guest lecture by Prof. Michael
Pravica from UNLV.
The program will consist of a short summary of
ETF-BAFA accomplishments (professional activities, student awards and
stipends, humanitarian work), followed by Prof. Michael Pravica lecture
on the life and achievements of Nikola Tesla. The awarded essay on Tesla
prepared by the Berkeley Organization of Serbian Students – BOSS, will
also be presented, as well as a 10-min trailer of the “Tesla Master of
Lightning” documentary.
Our evening will end with a reception and
performances by the grеat Serbian musicians from the Bay Area.
